Information we collect:
When you contact us, we ask that you provide your email address and telephone number. Your contact information is confidential and will only be used to provide the computer services you requested. In some cases, we may require information such as router or system login passwords in order to access your computer. This information is stored for future reference.
We maintain customer records and session reports to improve efficiency. However, we will delete any or all information from a customer record if so requested.
We do not collect financial information.
All monetary transactions are handled by financial institutions. Interac e-Transfers are processed by the banks using the Interac network. Credit card payments are processed by the credit card companies through the PayPal system. When an electronic payment is sent, the only information we receive is the payment amount, the sender's contact information and, optionally, a message from the sender.
